Whole Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I got this recipe from Emily at Daily Garnish and it’s awesome. So simple and tasty. Home run.


  • 1 pound brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the ends off the brussel sprouts (they never soften up and don’t taste awesome).
  3. Once they are trimmed, add them to a baking dish.
  4. Add the olive oil and soy sauce to the sprout; stir to combine all liquids and make sure all the sprouts are covered.

    Into the oven and ready for roasting.

  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Finito! Enjoy.

    Finished product! Crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Perfect!

    I have never been a big fan of brussel sprouts, but I just might have to give them another chance now. Looks amazing.
